Tulong at Alay, PAgmamahal ng Kabataan (TAPAK) was founded by Edwin Bañas Jr., a sacristan of the parish church of Silang, Cavite in February of 2019. The organization’s first project (with the founder’s classmates) — a collection of donations in accord onto buying of bread and water for the less fortunate outside the school premises.
